Bloomers Saga

One day, while drinking a beer and watching football, Strauto and Tank (the friendly proprietors) first conceived the idea of opening an establishment where good people of similar ilk could gather and quench their thirst for good company and the other finer things in life.

Their idea remained only a topic of conversation for quite some time. In January of 1990, however, the two young entrepreneurs decided that the concept must be translated into reality.

Then arose the dilemma of giving a name to their new endeavor. The answer was quite simple – what else, besides cold beer and a winning football team, brought a gleam to the eyes of these two men? New bloomers, of course. Hence the name – Bloomer’s Bar N’ Grill.
